Starting a very intensive games last Sunday, December 8, 2009, the UAAP once again kicks off for its volleyball tournament for the men's and women's division.
Covered by Studio 23, the UAAP highlights women's volleyball for as long as I can remember, say, season 69 or earlier. Top universities play it out for school pride and the chance to reign supreme in the field of collegiate volleyball.
Dominated by the Far Eastern University (FEU), coming in at second is the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and De La Salle University (DLSU).
DLSU at the season 71 Champion and UST emerging as champions from an off season volleyball league, these two teams are sure to pack an intense game all throughout the season.
