The 2nd game between Ateneo De Manila University and Far Eastern University stretched to a thrilling 5-setter game.
The lady eagles lost the 1st two sets as FEU showcased their championship performance. But the lady tams failed to close the next two sets in order to claim the match that led to a fight for a 5th and deciding set wherein Ateneo prevailed.
There were inconsistencies from both sides from the service to series of attacks. Both teams have their share of errors as seen all throughout the game.
Crowd favorite from FEU Mumay Vivas was the focus on the first two sets as she was the "go to" lady by setter April Linor Jose. Tiangco, Cabanag and Gonzalez (who just came from an injury) did their part for FEU. Tall Eulalio, a new player for FEU for this season, has potential in terms of blocking and middle attack as she kept an eye for free balls.
On the other side, ball distribution was even amongst player by setter Ferrer to Acevedo, Ho, Gervacio and Cainglet. Player of the game was Dzi Gervacio.
With this win, ADMU is now tied with Adamson University with a 7-4 win-loss card.
